In a separate incident, the KSA addressed a violation by Hotel Gaming Services BV, the operator of Circus Gran Casino gaming arcades. The company was found to have used professional athletes from a Limburg ice hockey team in its marketing efforts, which was deemed inappropriate under Dutch regulations. The ads featuring the athletes playing in a gambling arcade were promptly removed following the KSA’s intervention.
Furthermore, the KSA also issued a warning to Noord Zuid Alliantie, the operator of the Lucky 7 Casino brand, for failing to provide adequate customer service.
